SHIPPING LONG DISTANCE PRIOR TO PURCHASE FOR FURNITURE- Items require a quote to be submitted to third-party shippers such as Plycon or Uship. MOTI ROMA does not have shipping or delivery teams. Rates vary widely based on the time of year, type of item and area where the item is heading to. This is usually a lengthy process anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
For example- a standard dresser in the following dimensions W68 D18 H31 to New York with a top-notch white glove delivery service like PLYCON transportation group would be $850-$900. Depending on the time of year the rate can be as low as $650-$750.
The same dresser with a smaller indecent carrier might be closer to $500-$650 for the same dresser via USHIP. Depending on the time of year the rate can be as low as $350-$450.
With this in mind, this will be the most affordable price available for big pieces. Prices constantly fluctuate depending on the time of the year. But as long as we have the required information (address) we will be able to provide shipping quotes once we have the order.
SHIPPING SMALLER ITEMS
Smaller item shipping, If the item size qualifies to be sent as a small item, shipping prices will usually be a lot lower depending on the piece.
RETURNS– in most cases all sales are final
If a return does occur- returns are under MOTI ROMA FURNITURE approved discretion will carry a 20 percent restocking fee from base price.
RETURN Shipping– if a return is approved long distance and delivery is needed a return delivery rate will be applied, the full cost will be at the buyers cost. We do advise beforehand that all sales long distance are FINAL unless under approved

What is covered under limited Warranty: Moti Roma. warrants to the consumer of this furniture a limited warranty against defects in the material or workmanship of this furniture for one year from the date of purchase. Should any material parts or workmanship prove defective, Moti Roma. will either repair or preplace the defective product to the original purchaser. At all times, Moti Roma reserves the right to substitute materials of like quality if the original product is unavailable. Moti Roma will not be responsible for any freight charges incurred in repairing or replacing the product.

Custom production orders 1-year Limited warranty starting the day received or delivered. .Limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of new manufacture products from our line of products or custom production line.
What is not covered: Due to the nature of wood and its manufacturing, minor variations will occur from piece to piece, such as stain, grain, and texture (also applies to upholstery). This warranty does not cover such minor differences or such differences between floor samples or printed materials and your furniture. This warranty applies for conditions of normal use only. This warranty does not apply defects that result from accident, misuse, abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration, or modification of the product, negligence, exposure, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care or any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed. Any product modification not authorized by us will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover floor samples or products purchased “AS IS” at the time of purchase.

Limited Warranty excludes any damage caused by accidental incidents such as, flooding, fire, theft… etc. Moti Roma SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIERCT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PRODUCT. TO THE EXTEND PERMITED BY LAW. . This limited warranty does not warrant that the product won’t become absolute at some point in the future. . This warranty excludes all “AS IS” the product is taken and accepted by buyer in the condition seen and described, buyer is the sole responsible of the product after purchase date.
Original Purchaser: This warranty protects you only when you purchase our products from an Authorized Moti Roma retailer. This warranty applies only as long as the product continues to be held for use by the original purchaser. The warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately invalidated in the event that the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original owner.
How to make claim: To obtain service under this warranty, please contact Moti Roma retailer from whom this product was purchased with the original proof of purchase. You may contact us directly by phone or email listed in the information above, please a send an email letter setting forth your name and address, name and address of residence or business, date of purchase, proof of purchase, furniture identification and description of defect. If requested, you agree to provide us pictures of the defective part or the defective part. We will then send you confirmation of receiving claim and schedule an inspection if requested. (In some cases we might require to do an inspection of the product on site depending on the nature of the damage.)
